Overall this place was great. They were the absolute lowest priced in the area which was a huge plus when I found out it would cost about half of my deductible! I scheduled early and got in and out of there and the staff were all friendly. The only negative I can say is I could smell cigarette smoke in my truck when I got in it. I dont think anyone actually smoked in it but the smell was definitely there. Other than that I would recommend and use them again

Nice folks. Windshield done within time frame given up front. Liked experience. Only had experience with insurance-replaced windshields in past. Hope it holds up and lasts. Again, so far so good. Good price, too, sans insurance!

Staff is wonderful. Replacement glass cost really is 50% off which is such a blessing!! They replaced my rear window above my trunk. The young man did an excellent job in only 35 mins 😁

Can not beat the price. The receptions are definitely not polite and their customer interaction and repor is something to desire. Maybe they were having a bad moment. Nevertheless, I will return again if needed because of the price. In this seasons attitudes and dispositions must be overlooked as they are at an all time HIGH

They did a front windshield for my Honda Civic, it appeared like good work, until the rain came. Water came in during heavy rain, and now I've had to come back so they can "look at it." Very non-chalant type attitude, customer service could be better.

Had an issue with the original install at one location. They arranged for replacement of the windshield after inspecting it (glass defect). They were excellent in their customer service and their willingness to make sure that my windshield was properly fit and sealed. Thank you Auto Glass Now.

They called 10 minutes or less after I sent my info for a new windshield online. They quoted me $155.00 for a brand new windshield for my moms minivan and was able to put it in the next day after discussing the quote. Only took them a couple hours to replace and very nice staff. Definately going there again if I need to replace another windshield!

Discovered a chip that quickly turned into a long crack. They were able to get it replaced quickly, but importantly it was affordable. I was actually quite impressed with the work. Definitely recommend and will use again

I have pros and cons for this place. My pro is that they have fast and quick service, was able to adjust my appointment from Saturday to Friday. Even though they said it would be an hour and a half I was there under an hour. My con is that they left passenger seat in my car a total mess from changing the windshield. I felt that could’ve been vacuumed out. They also did not tell me the same thing they told the gentleman before me that I should not wash my car for two days. I had to say something to the ladies who took my payment to make sure the same rule applied for my car. Overall, it was an ok experience.

I called and asked for a quote for a windshield replacement and they called me back right away and gave me a price. I drove to their shop so Maria could look at the windshield to order and make sure I got the write one . They order it and fixed my windshield the same day and the service was excellent they got it installed in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company for windshield replacement. They go out of there way to help customers to get their items repaired well and quickly.

The installation of the new windshield brought zero leaks and zero problems unlike another auto glass company who uses bottom feeder windshields that don't last more than a few days or a couple of weeks before it needs to be replaced again. Auto Glass Now was recommended by a friend and I'm happy with how everything turned out. Very reasonable price and much less than other estimates found online.

In and out quickly. I set up an appointment the day before. After dropping off my car, I got the call that they replaced my front windshield before my Tropical Smoothie order was even ready, as I was prepared to wait an hour. I reccommend making an appointment for a time before the after-work rush like I did to ensure this especially fast service. Front desk was polite in person and on the phone.

Great customer service here!!! Everybody is very friendly , their prices are unmatched anywhere and they do a great job, doesn’t take to long either about an hour and 15 minutes at the most!!! I would definitely recommend this place to others. The prices are very reasonable and the two young ladies behind the desk today were very nice with excellent customer service. My 11 month old was a little fussy at times and they were not rude at all. The one lady even came to check on her.
