One of the guys was really rude to my husband. Even though my husband was told to come at a certain time this guy got on him telling him they did first come first serve. The lady in the office told him to come back at that time. They need to have better communication.

We have used Auto Glass Now about four years ago for the first time. We were very satisfied with customer service and with the windshield replacement job we had them do. Just went back for the second time and had another windshield replacement in a different vehicle and nothing has changed. A client of mine told me about AutoGlass when I said I was going to Safelite due to needing my windshield replaced. Safelite quoted me $310 (even after using a discount) and AutoGlass quoted me $160! I called the same day my windshield got replaced, dropped it off a little after 3pm and got a call at 5:30 that it was ready. Customer service and new windshield was AMAZING. Highly recommend, will definitely be back for any repairs in the future. THANK YOU AUTOGLASS

we own a 2011 Toyota RAV4 and the drivers door glass came of its track and wouldn't roll up or down. I looked up auto glass repair shops. we called around and nobody could get us today until I called Auto Glass Now. The receptionist said that if arrived in an hour they could get our RAV4 to look at it. when we arrived, the repair tech had me pull the truck in right away and started to work on it right away. They don't have a waiting room now because of COVID19, they had my wife and me set in an unused service bag and gave us chairs to set on. We did this because it was pouring the rain and a storm. The tech found that bolt had come out and caused the window to become lodged in the track. He repaired the track and bolt and got the window rolling up and down better than new.I would recommend Auto Glass Now, Indianapolis to anyone needing glass repair or replacement. Very friendly and professional service and very reasonable prices. The shop is under new management and the manager knows how to deliver great service. Cheers, Chris Beach.

Great place. Better than spending 700 from volkswagen or 300 for safelite glass. Yes i did have to go bck 2x but that was the dealera fault not auto glass or mine. Will reccomend to everyone. W. 38th street great job.
