*EDITED REVIEW*We reached out to the email provided and they took care of everything! Redid the windshield and it looks SO much better. They also fixed the speaker. Thank you for reaching out and fixing up the sloppiness. I just wish it was done correctly the first time..**Sloppy Rear Windshield Work**WOW. I cannot believe this place!!!! My little sister took her car in and she came back with a BLOWN SPEAKER and a mess in her car (photo with the glass was after she had already cleaned up). What kind of professionalism is that? It’s not just some generic sound system either it’s a Bose sound system. I’m shocked. She said she spoke to the guy about it and he said it’s not their fault??? Sir. This speaker was fully functional when she drove the vehicle in, so tell me again how it is not your fault? Went in for a replacement rear window and it’s not even correctly placed!! When you turn, you can hear the glass shift. Poorly sealed and the work looks so sloppy. To top it all off.. they left glass pieces inside the car and black hand prints on the beige interior.. such a disappointing experience.

I stopped in because I had a small crack in the windshield of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Teresa had one of the techs check it out in the spot. He said they could fix it and less than 30 minutes later I was on my way. $65 and I don't have to worry about the crack growing any larger. Great experience!!!

Had an appointment at 11 today, didn't get done till about 2:30 which was a little frustrating. However still giving 4 stars because my new windshield looks great - there was no damage or anything like some reviews I read, the guy who did it did apologize for the wait which was courteous, and the girl at the front desk was the nicest person I've encountered in a long time!

Amazing and accommodating service! While we were traveling, had a rock hit our windshield. By the time we called them, drove 15 minutes to their location, and had it fixed was 30 minutes. So appreciative that they could get it fixed and we could resume our short getaway quickly! Definitely recommend!

My husband was referred to this business to get my Jeep Wrangler windshield replaced. He called on Thursday morning and scheduled my appointment for the following day @1000. They took my Jeep back right at 1000 and was finished at 1025. I’m very pleased with their work, price quotes, customer service, and timeliness. I highly recommend this business for windshield repair.

Called around 10:30am and they were able to get us right in on a Saturday. Called us back around 12:45 and said the car was ready! (Did not expect it, since they were so busy!) Had a quick briefing of things to not do over the next few days as well as things to watch out for and to call them about any questions! Very professional/courteous service; would recommend anyone to have their windshield replaced here.

I came in on a Friday after around 5:30p without an appointment. They not only took my car in to fix right away, but gave me a comped repair because they had already closed their registers for the business day.Regarding the quality of work - My windshield had a chip/crack and was starting to spread, so I was prepared for an expert to say it was too late and I had to buy a new windshield. They took extra time to fix the main chip and fix the glass where it spread to stop it from getting worse. It is holding up great and looks like the chip never happened to begin with.I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service of Auto Glass Now and will definitely be referring my friends to go here if they ever have auto glass issues!

I was absolutely impressed with all aspects of my interactions with Auto Glass Now. I submitted info for a quote in the early evening and was surprised to receive a reply from an actual person asking for some additional details later that night. The quote I received beat all others (significantly). Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and the woman I spoke with was kind and courteous. When getting my windshield replaced I stayed in the office and was amazed watching the juggling act those in the office performed. Each interaction with customers were professional and it felt like the customer always came first. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Now to friends and family.

I put in online for a quote last night. I assumed I wouldn't hear anything till the weekend was over. I received and actual phone call instead of some automated response online. I was told that I could be in and out quickly, just get there at 9. I ended up being 10 minutes late. All bays were full. I knew that in fact was my fault, I was not on time and time is money. Regardless of my mistake, they got my vehicle in immediately and then had it finished in under an hour. I mean, I was quoted for roughly 2. That was absolutely acceptable for me but under an hour??!! Totally impressed. With service, with quality and all around staff friendliness/professionalism. Just...2 giant thumbs up

I have been going to Auto Glass now for years for different issues (Car getting broken into, weather damage, etc., I must have bad luck) and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for auto glass services. Amanda Is great, as she has taken care of my issues every time, and she remains efficient and friendly throughout the entire process. Yassssss!!!!! Needed my windshield replaced...filled out the online request, they emailed me within 24 hours, made an appointment two days later, exact price they quoted me is what I paid. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning and had it back before lunch time and it looks great! Ladies in the front were welcoming. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!!!

Great price quality work. Totally happy with my experience. They use PGW glass which is of great quality. Not cheap poor fitting aftermarket glass products. PGW has moved production to China but they still retain the quality standards.

I called them to fix my front passenger window and they took me in the same day! Did take quite a bit of time so I was out in the lobby for a while! Best prices in town and great customer service! Walked in and was done in a little over an hour. Installer even came in to inform me they had to do some rust work from a shoddy previous install and didn't increase my cost. Will definitely return if I have more glass repairs in the future.

Absolutely awesome customer service and great prices!!! They switched out my windshield and my mass airflow sensor ended up going out. They not only helped me diagnose the problem for free, it was after hours and once we got the van running again, one of the gentlemen followed me home to Bellevue to make sure I made it safely! I will definitely be a return customer and I absolutely recommend them!!!!! Super awesome!

I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. I was told it would take about an hour and a half but it was about 50 minutes. Excellent work, friendly staff, and the lowest prices in town! Highly recommended!

They said they do provide military discounts, but since they already printed up the receipt that they could not apply it to our bill. Would not go back due to poor customer service and crap attitude receptionist. The mechanics there are good though.

My wife and I were passing through Iowa towards California when we got a rock chip in our car’s windshield. I searched for nearest autoglass shop and their name came up. The lady on the phone told me they would help me out and she kept her word! We were in and out in 15 mins with chip almost not noticable. Since I live thousands of miles away so won’t be able to go back but I would highly recommend this shop. Great staff and great service!

I bought an actual barn-find for my son; a 1977 Ford F-150. It runs great, but has some rust. It caused a little bit more work for Auto Glass Now to install the windshield, but they did a great job and were $80-$100 cheaper than other places I looked at. I will definitely be back anytime I need a window replaced.

I took my bmw z4 for a new windsheild and got more than I could ask for. In addition to my windsheild they restored the cowling the goes under my windsheild. The part alone is anywhere from $250 to $400 and they charged $50 to restore the one I already had. I'm grateful to find an auto business as trustworthy and customer orientated as they are. The customer service is amazing, and they will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle and experience is as great as it should be. 5 out 5 stars, would recommend to everyone I know for their auto glass needs.

Best price, quality work and great people! They were able to get me in right away to replace my driver window after it was busted out in the freezing cold. They even gave me a ride to the gas station since their bathroom was out of order. I will always recommend this place and return if needed for service!!

I looked around at some other shops to get my windshield replaced and this place was by far the best price and right off the interstate. I waited while my windshield was being replaced which took a little over an hour, which isn't bad. I got back into my truck and my dash was cleaned off so that was a nice touch.

My vehicle was broken into while I was at the gym around 11am. I came out of the gym, having only my keys and cell phone. I made a couple phone calls, Auto Glass Now had the most reasonable price. I got to their shop around 3 pm. I have 3 small children under the age of 5. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The kids had coloring books and the lady provided snacks and small Gatorade and water for my children. I was taken back by the amount of sincerity and genuine compassion displayed. I didn't have any cash or cards because my purse was stolen, so the snacks were beyond my expectations. They have my family and I's business forever, if needed. Highly recommend this place.

There was one car ahead of me, both Amanda and Zac provided excellent customer service and expedited window replacement also cleaning up all of the glass. I had a broken windshield and was in town for the college world series. honestly it almost ruined my trip till i spoke with joe at auto glass now. he and the entire staff was friendly and was able to answer all of my questions quickly.NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE BY FAR THE CHEAPEST AROUND . 10/10 would go again and they have earned my business forever
