We were out of town and had our glass broken on a weekend. No one else in town could help us! Auto Glass Now got us in and out, were professional, fast, offered us a Starbucks drink while we waited, worked with our difficult insurance when we had a snag. It was fabulous! Highly recommend!

I believe it was Charles who replaced my window. What a professional. By the time I walked in the building and sat down, the job was done and he explained the entire process to me. I never spoke to anyone at the Little Rock location via phone, the gal I emailed told me as long as I got there before 5 they would take care of me. I got there at 4 & they were backed up & stopped taking on more repairs at 3. However since the gal from the call center ordered my glass already & it was there the sweet girls in the office & the technicians stayed well after close to make sure they honored their word & repaired my back glass that same day. Even with a little confusion & little time, Auto Glass Now & their Little Rock crew took care of me with awesome customer service & the best price I found around town!! I would totally recommend to anyone needing auto glass fixed, this is the place to go!

I got a quote online and was able to drop my car off Monday and they got right on it! Connie is a sweetheart even though she laughed at me for not being able to talk lol, and I didn’t get my installers name or the guy that helped him but they were awesome as well!!! I’d hate to think I’d ever need your services again, but in the case that I do at least I won’t have to shop around I know exactly who to call and where to come!!! Connie Shelton is an absolute professional. She has a quality attitude not seen in businesses today, kind, attentive and willing to keep you coming back. I took my brand new vehicle because of a ding I got the day before. I came over on my lunch break and Ricky got me in right away. My car had an abrasion and didn't necessarily need to be filled, but Ricky went ahead and put some fill on the abrasion and didn't charge me. Ricky was great to work with and very friendly. I recently had the windshield replaced in my Lincoln MKX at this store. When you go just be prepared to wait, and wait. Amazing customer service, they aren't quick, but the wait is truly worth it. I would recommend them to family/friends !

I have never been happier with a bad situation...EVER! MY husbands car was broken in to and during a week of non-stop rain none the less. I called every glass repair place in Little Rock. Not only was Auto Glass Now the best price, they got it fixed SAME DAY & in less than an hour! I was beyond happy. When we picked up the car, they had even vacuumed our all of the glass where the window had been broken. At Auto Glass Now, they go above and beyond. Was questionable at first from reading the reviews. Had 8:00am appointment. Arrived a little early. They pulled me in. The tech was updating me on everything that was going on. i called early on a Saturday morning. the found a window for my car and told me to come before noon. I showed up bout 11:45 and the were all very nice. window was replaced in about 30 minutes and they vacuumed all the glass out of my car. the total bill was less than $200. I will definitely use them again when/if the neednarises

People were friendly while I was waiting for my chip repair to dry. They filled my water bottle for me. Fast and easy transaction and they told me to keep my receipt and if the chip cracks out after repair, they would put my repair cost towards the cost of a new windshield. They even gave me a corporate number to get an account for my hospital so the staff could get discounts. Highly recommend. Thanks for keeping it classy guys and gals!
