The man who took my order over the phone said to come at 8 AM the next day. I did but when I arrived he said the parts for my windshield were not arriving until 10 AM. The waiting part of the office/store consisted of 6 chairs placed around the windows. I chose to leave and return at 9:30. At that time the installers took the car in about 9:45. The work was complete about 11:45 AM.The people who answered the phone were pleasant and helpful to me and to other customers who came into the store. Some people sat on the sidewalk outside waiting for their car windows to be completed.

Got me in and out very quickly. However there was debris and pieces of glass on the floor and passenger seat that they could have vacuumed. Just wished they would have payed attention to the small details. Other than that great service

They were fantastic! The front desk girl was amazing and knowledgeable. They got my vehicle in quickly and my windshield looks great. Warranty included and didn't cost me an arm and a leg!!! If I lived here I would definitely return!

Auto Glass Now has by far the best prices in town; they quoted half of what Safelite did for my 2009 Honda Pilot. However, their shop is a dump, and they did not stick to schedule at all. Despite having a 10 am appointment, work did not start on my vehicle until 11:30. In the end, it appears to be a good product; it just took 2.5 hours to get it installed. I would only recommend using these guys if you can drop your car and come back later.

I called several other competitors first. I felt like nothing other than take a number, we'll get back to you. Then no one ever called. Auto Glass now was a last ditch effort but in hindsight, should've been my first call. Not only did the get me in immediately, they finished ahead of schedule and on short notice. Someone busted our window overnight. Being from out of state, we needed it replaced quickly. Auto Glass Now replaced it by the afternoon. Quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I did not feel taken advantage of in any way. I recommend these great people for all your auto glass needs.

Very curtious and professional!!! Windshield cracked Saturday called them immediately Saturday morning, was able to get a new one on Monday!! Price blew me away!! Windshield is the same quality of the one replaced and I paid half the price what every other place was charging!! I definitely recommend!!!

I was referred here by friend who swore they were the best and cheapest. Not only did they have the cheapest quote by $100, but they also got the glass for my jaguar s-type the next day AND came out and installed it the same day. Pretty awesome place

Great staff and great professional installation of my windshield. Prices were better than the other competitors. Had to wait about 2 hours because they were busy. As long as they done a great job is all that mattered to me. Will return in the future if needed!

I had my left rear door window replaced today and Dalaina and Lacie helped me with all my questions they was very nice everybody that worked there that I came incounter with was VERY RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL. Also they kept me laughing while I waited 4 my car to be done. This place is cheap but does excellent work I would defiantly recommend this place to ANYONE

Lacie with the beautiful eyes and hair color was simply a blessing today!!!! Her smile her generosity and everything else was positive!! Was able to repair a "stared" windshield caused by a rock off a truck. They were concerned that the windshield would crack when they attempted the repair. Success, Yes! Saved me a lot, not having to replace the winshield.

We had a slight issue with my glass not being in but the lady at the front desk was amazing she handled everything in a well manner as well as doing everything she could to get something figured out I was so well pleased with how she handled it all even sent there tech to my home she deserves a raise and lots of praise on top of the price was amazing as well as the glass it looks awesome thank you so much I was at there shop on Dixie highway I believe her name was delana again she is amazing as well as the tech that came to my home I would give a TEN STAR IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!!

I showed up early for my appointment and they started working on my car immediately. Quality glass and Quality work, staff were exceptional, friendly and professional. You will not get a better value anywhere in town. The windshield for my car was delivered within 4 hours of scheduling my appointment, same day service, great fit, and looks identical to Toyota OEM glass. Great Job!

Excellent quality and service! Their quote and actual final cost was a hundred dollars less than everyone else's!!! And yes, I would use them again!!!When I called to ask questions, the lady that answered was polite and took the time to answer all my questions. She also explained to me the pros and cons of repairing or replacing. She didn't try to talk me into either one. She let me decide.They have a mobile service, but since I was paying out of pocket, I went to their place for the service.It was the end of the day when I arrived, so they were about 20 minutes behind schedule, but they apologized for that. How many people actually apologize these days?They told me it would take 60 to 90 minutes to replace. However, they called me after about 45 minutes and said it was ready!I looked the car over very carefully before and after. The technician had pointed out a few scratches and chips in paint before the work started. The technician was very polite and very thorough in his explanations of what he was going to do, and what I could not do for 48 hours after the work was completed.The glass is absolutely perfect. And the lower trim pieces that were coming off are now back in place and seated properly. And the molding looks better than what was on there before. He did an excellent job of aligning everything with frame of car. BTW, my car is a 2014 Mustang and I am very picky about taking care of it and having quality work done.I would definitely use them again for another cracked windshield.

I got my door glass window replaced a few weeks ago. The staff was great. I called to make an appointment and was able to get right in. The lady up from was very friendly and knowledgeable. The guys that worked on my car did a great job. They even vacuumed my car out after the new glass was in. Plus, you can’t beat their prices. I would highly recommend them! Great work!

Good service, and fare price. Rick was great to work with, and very knowledgeable. I showed up without calling ahead, and it was my first time there. Had the door panel already removed, and the regulator guide in hand before I showed up. He got it right in and fixed in no time. I was afraid I'd break the glass doing it myself, but he knocked it out in no time. Thanks!

And the guy who brought my car around I believe his name was Rick he was super nice and can we say wow such a good looking man....!!! The "big autoglass" company quoted almost $700 to replace the glass in my Chrysler Pacifica. These guys did the job for $330, and that includes sales tax! Would definitely use them again and with my luck probably will have to!

I called 5 places looking for a window replacement. Auto glass now was $100 cheaper and offered same day service. Everyone else told me at least 2 days. Everyone was so kind on the phone and when I arrived. George had the job done in 40 minutes. I hope to not need a replacement in the future, but if I do, this will be my one and only call. Fantastic. I arrived at 5:05, they diagnosed my problem (power window regulator), ordered my part, had it delivered and installed. I was out the door in 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had better service in the auto industry.

This place was AMAZING! Not only were they very polite & professional , but they were fast and did an awesome job. I was there for not even 30 minutes and my windshield looks incredible . The manager Delana was very friendly and even gave me 2 new windshield wipers at no extra cost!! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair windshields.
