We needed the windshield replaced in our jeep after 2 consecutive interactions with airborne rocks while traveling the PA Turnpike towards our vacation home in Georgetown,Delaware. We had previously used Safelite to repair a star crack that was unsuccessful and though they refunded us we found them expensive and inexperienced. The technician from Auto Glass Now was knowledgeable and was able to replace the windshield as well as my registration stickers (saving me chaos at DMV). He was polite, kind and respectful. He explained the process and expectations clearly. Further, they came to our house! I cannot complain about the price! I am really glad that this company is expanding to Sussex County Delaware, giving consumers a better choice than Safelite. Should we need to have our windshield replaced again we will certainly call AutoGlass Now and I do apologize that I cannot remember the technician’s name because he was outstanding! And that my “ducks” are not in a row as of yet!
