Mrs Cathy was very nice service was outstanding the gentleman that put my windshield in was awesome I would definitely recommend this place it's first come first serve so make sure you get there early but other than that I was in and out

I went here for a client, but the guy was nice. But the lady need a little training in customer service. She might have been under stress because it was hot they were backed up.

Great place that does great work!I've had a windshield replaced by them with no problems over a year ago!They treated my windshield to my truck today which got hit by a rock.If the spot spreads the money spent on the treatment goes towards a new windshield! Worthwhile investment!

They ordered what I needed right away and made a speedy appointment for me. The same day I made the appointment my Windshield produced a Crack all the way across for no apparent reason. I called to let them know and they added it to my appointment with no problem. The day after that I ended up having to call and change the appointment and then again a couple of days later. They were awesome about it. The work they did was excellent when all was said and done. The prices were great compared to other places that I had looked into. Highly recommend!

Somebody decide to bust my window today Christmas eve, not really pleasant. After police paperwork and a bad taste in my mouth, i need a new driver front window on my car ASAP. This was the only place were I was able to find the window by TODAY and the got my window in an hour, I didn't use the installation service and I went home to chill out the bad situation and install the window myself(since I enjoy a lot do in it) I gave them 4 🌟 since the customer service was not the best.

Quick appointment and install was great. They just need to have a better way to secure payment made by credit/debit cards. The lady got a little testy when I said something about it wasn't secure.

Had the front windshield in my new VW replaced here. Price was 1/3 of the Safelite quote. Install was done correctly with no damage to my new VW. Office staff are very friendly and patient despite being obviously over worked and getting yelled at by impatient customers. Sketchy part of town but clearly worth overlooking to save some $

Had a busted windshield and had to get 3 estimates - Auto Glass Now were $80 to $150 cheaper than the other two quotes I received. Window was replaced within 30 minutes. FANTASTIC SERVICE TOO

From the moment I phoned Auto Glass Now at 3620 Lamar the service was Outstanding. I spoke with a very knowledgeable employee Cathy, who masterfully answered all my questions and scheduled my rear windshield replacement. Cathy pre-ordered my windshield and upon my arrival her install team went to work immediately. Every piece of shattered Glass was removed within my car and the trunk lid. The install was quick and efficient. Cathy, thank you for the 5 Star service from phone call to drive out including the professionalism of the install team! You guys Rock as a team! Fantastic place. Ordered my windshield late Monday afternoon. Came in Tuesday morning when they opened at 8 AM and they had my windshield installed by 9:30 Am. They did an excellent job and cheaper than all the competition. Would highly recommend.

I really didn't have my window fixed. Instead, he fixed my driver side window where it wouldn't go up/down. They told me to buy a window regulator and bring it back so they could install it but I didn't have time.

Best price I could find in town BUT!!! Here are the trade-offs. Two nail deep scratches on body of my car near rear window area. Maybe they should not set 2hr turn around times when they look severely understaffed. The long line wait was kinda annoying. Plus they sit far away from counter at a desk which seems so customer service lacking. Plus they didn't even vacuum the broken glass out my car following the new glass install.

Very busy locale; black clerk at counter makes it worth your while by telling you if glass is in stock; wait time and if insurance will pay. According to her, State Farm will not pay glass claims for chips.

I just got my windshield replaced today and they were fast. The only reason I had to wait was because they had to order my windshield. I was in and out within a hour! Their prices are very affordable and Marilyn was AWESOME! If I could give 10 stars I would. Great service !
