I discovered a broken rear windshield on Friday(near golf course and dumpster). Jack Morris Glass on Winchester was contacted to schedule a replacement. Offered a Monday replacement, but refused because of a weekend with rain. The operator scheduled with Auto Glass Now on the Saturday morning. The friendly secretary confirmed my time, pricing, and time of completion. Everything was in order upon completion and paperwork kept for service guarantee.
Service was prompt even on a busy day. The ladies working the reception/service desk were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Just be aware… getting a small spider shaped crack repaired does not mean all evidence of a crack will be gone. I still see part of the crack from the inside of my vehicle but I trust the structural integrity of the windshield has been treated. I would return to this business if I needed another crack repaired.
Front desk was very kind and helpful, and so were the mechanics! Was disappointed that I got there at 2:30, they took my car back at 3:30 and then I left closer to 4. That was just an hour of waiting, though there were other customers there too. Maybe that’s standard? That would be my only critique!
