The receptionist Ms. Mary provided exceptional service!!!! She was friendly, top notch altitude.Her phone service and in store service was very professional. She made sure the customer understood everything,she answered all of the customers questions and offered service for ant or all concerns customers had. When service for my vehicle had to be postponed for a specific tool needed to do the job, I was informed rather than service done without the tool which could have resulted in damage to my vehicle. This service was top notch. I appreciate all of the service received at this location (Memphis,Tn Summer Ave.) Ms.Mary should be acknowledged for outstanding front desk service as well as the glass techs!!!
Anita Henderson,Wonderful, same day, customer service that was reasonably priced. I had a large, back, side window broken by a rock and had called around for estimates. Auto Glass Now provided me with a quote over the phone and were able to get the glass within a couple of hours. I dropped my car off and also had them replace the front windshield which also had an extremely long crack. Both pieces of glass were replaced that afternoon.
P B,The receptionist is VERY nice and VERY helpful. This was my second time having my windshield replaced here. The price was the best out of multiple other companies that quoted me, but the only reason I would go back after this last visit is because of the receptionist. The actual technician was rude and unprofessional. He caused me to wait there for an unnecessary amount of time and had an attitude about doing the work. He did a great job on the windshield replacement but his actions show that he hates his job.
