Update:The District Manager addressed my concerns and repaired my vehicle. I'm pleased to say this matter was resolved to my satisfaction.The price was unbeatable, that got me in the door last Friday. My car is almost 6 months old, this was it's first repair ever. Today (Monday) I went by there to report the damage. Initially, she asked me if it happened afterwards otherwise I'd have noticed it right away. Then she pulled my receipt and said it was already damaged and that I'd signed it. That writing is super tiny. I told her it was not already damaged and that I understood why they'd deny it happened when they replaced my windshield...she cut me off stating "Well, I have your signature that says otherwise.", turned and walked away. Realizing that I was getting nowhere, I turned to leave without comment. As I opened the door I heard her yell Have a nice day! at my back. That was just rubbing it in. I went home and called, asking for the district managers name and number. I was told they're not allowed to give that out. She took my name and number and said he'd call me. When he didn't, I called back and got the same woman from before. She said he wouldn't be calling me, that she'd explained it all and there was nothing he could do. She wished me another good day and hung up.My advice to you? Take close up photos before they touch your vehicle. Watch the work being done and ask to sign off on their inspection before they get started. It's altogether possible that the damage was added as the last item of note on the inspection because that's where it happened. Inspections noting existing damage should be presented to the customer for signature before the work begins. Then be sure to check your vehicle well before you leave.

They ordered the wrong glass for our car. 😒 We were in a hurry to get home from vaca so we took the one they had. Nice people but was REALLY busy. Fast workers once they get your car in.

I wish I had known about this place sooner. I could have saved more money than I already actually saved. They were swift in getting both of my vehicles in and windows replaced. I was very pleased with the amount to have them replaced. It was surprisingly inexpensive and could have been cheaper if I would have brought my car in sooner when it could have been repaired, instead of replaced. Learning lesson for me. I would indeed do business with them again.

WOW! I've never ever had a replacement before. I went and they had my entire job done in 38 min!!!! Incredible service! My mouth fell open when they drove my vehicle to the front completely finished. AND cheaper than the price estimated!!! One SUPER happy customer! I'd never choose another glass auto repair shop. So glad I chose right the first time!

We were traveling from Oklahoma to Florida and had a huge rock come up and chip our windshield. We called Auto Glass Repair they got us right in and fixed it for us! Super friendly people and excellent work! We obviously don’t live in the area, but I definitely recommend using their business for any of your glass repair needs.

The fast friendly service is great. Their knowledgeable staff make this process easier. The signage is VERY confusing,the sign on the door says customers are not allowed in the lobby even though they tell you to come in,they even provide you chairs.theres a sign that states customers are NOT allowed in work area but you are told to wait in the work area while your repair is being done,there's even A ROW of chairs for you to use. I still recommend them over safelite

My buddy borrowed my car to take a trip and had a rock fly up and chip the windshield. I had just had it replaced a few weeks prior by Safelite so I contacted them again. They wanted $109 to repair the window even though I had just done business with them. Auto Glass Now did the repair for $59 and did a great job. He said service and people were great and really took care of him. Thanks guys!

A rock hit my windshield and i drove straight here to have it fixed. They made the spot super tiny and i was in and out within an hour. It's been about a month and it hasn't spread at all even with this 100 degree heat. Highly recommended.

Just left after a windshield replacement. They did a wonderful job on the glass looks like a perfect match to the original. Reinstalled my rear-view properly. And the price was exactly what I was quoted. Which was significantly cheaper than anyone else. And they got the car done in the exact amount of time they told me it would. Now there was some adhesive on my car afterwards that I noticed that they had missed and they took great pains to remove it make it right and I really appreciate that.I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed glass repair or replacement.

Side windows on my old 4 door truck got busted out. This place was cheapest. I told the guy that the one window motor did not work but he was able to replace glass anyways. He had a lot of trouble because window motor not cooperating but he stuck with it and got it done and didnt charge extra.

Wow, a business that is customer service oriented and offers surprisingly low prices. And, they are very quick. Thank you. In this day of large conglomerate companies, it's so refreshing to conduct business with down-home folks. This is the second time I've used the Mobile shop. I came back this time because of the exemplary service received the first time. I don't look forward to having to replace another glass but if that need arises, I will be back without reservation.

They go by appointments and will make sure you are there like you said because when you say you are coming they go ahead and order your glass for you. The glass is not in stock. So make sure you are respectful and show up. They do excellent work. Lee was very friendly and professional on the job. He did a superb job. He took really good care of my car. I'm glad I picked them to replace my window. Great prices! Takes about an hour and a half for the job. I am highly recommending this place for services.

Replaced windshield prior to road trip. Pinhole leak above rearview mirror while on vacation. Had to visit another chain location 45 miles away while on vacation to use warranty. Warranty was handled professionally by both locations.

I had my windshield changed yesterday due to a progressive crack. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price was good as my insurance did not cover it. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new windshield.

The price was as quoted which was very helpful for us that they included labor in the estimate. We were told an hour to hour and a half to replace passenger door window. We had an appointment at 9am and they hadn’t even started by 10am so we were exasperated thinking we would be waiting till noon and we live 4 hours away just trying to get home, but they were finished by 10:25am so we didn’t wait longer than estimated either. A good transaction and 70 dollars less than Safelite.

Awesome service, nice individuals, they take care of chips on windshield to full repair. I suggest you call in advance to use there service it is widely popular but you need to make sure they have your windshield in place of you need one..

Kim and Tommy are fantastic and so easy to work with. I had them do work on my last car and I've continued to have them work on my new car. Each time I have been in the shop, they have been so understanding and helpful with everything. Tommy did a great job replacing my windshield and filling a chip that developed from driving on the interstate. They were very understanding and told me to come in to have the chip filled 20 minutes before they closed, which I can't thank them enough for making time for me coming in so late. Also When I called yesterday about my windshield I had the pleasure of talking with Nicole I told her that I needed a new windshield and I gave her the make and model and my vin#. And she said that she would call right back with a quote. and she did. She also said that they had a open yesterday. Could I come in. I said I couldn’t get off work. So I Schedule my appointment for today. And form the minute I walk in every one there was so nice. That’s what we need now is more customer service people like this businesses has Auto Glass Now. I give them a 10 for taking care of me form the time I got the quote made the appointment and waiting fro my new windshield. This the best place to go for new windshield.

Highly recommend! Didn’t even take 24 hours to get my glass in and the price was the best in mobile. Dealership wanted almost a thousand and didn’t even pay half that here!
