We’ve had multiple windshields on our cars replaced here and never had a bad experience. If you have to wait, its because they are busy and that’s a good thing. People out here leaving 1 star reviews and hurting businesses in the middle of a pandemic because they are petty and impatient is just wrong. I myself, work in the car repair industry at another shop. People always want to be first in line or to get their car back right away, or even ask and call multiple times asking if their car is ready. This puts the shop in an awkward position. No one wants to make their customers upset. What people don’t realize is when you’re repairing something, things come up, other cars ahead of you may have taken longer than expected. In car repair, whether windshield or not, giving someone an appointment time can not be 100% guaranteed. In my opinion, anytime you have your car worked on, you should plan to leave it and have it back by the end of the day. Just because someone walked in after you doesn’t mean anything, they could have made an appointment for that day too, you wouldn’t know that information. Car repair isn’t on a first come first serve basis (at least not at any shop I’ve ever managed), you take appointments and you strive to have all cars done in the same day the appointment was made. Maybe I shouldn’t have written this whole novel, but coming from someone in the industry, I know what it’s like. It doesn’t feel good to be given a 1 star review and have your business hurt just because so many people in today’s world are impatient and want to rush everything. I’d rather someone take their time with my car and repair it correctly the first time, than having someone rush through a repair and not have it done right. I just wish more people took the time to consider the reasons why their car might not be done right away and think twice before leaving 1 star reviews, which really hurt businesses.

Great service! They were half the price of Safelite, literally! Fit me in that day & quick fix. Hopefully I won't crack my windshield again but if I do I'll definitely go back!! 👍🏻

Thanks to Auto Glass Now, I was able to save on my windshield. Another place quoted me for $779 but with AGN I was able to save $499 and I didn’t even need to get it recalibrated! Everyone there is welcoming including the mechanics. Very down to earth.

I highly recommend this place for any window replacement. I had 5 appointment with safelite to replace my sunroof and they kept ordering the wrong glass which ended being over 2 months waiting with cracked sunroof. I finally had enough and called auto glass now which they scheduled me an appt for next day and correct glass installed in less then 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and use this place instead of safelite.

They did a good job on the glass.. but put my wiper blade on backwards on the back glass. Then cracked the cover that covers my wires. 🤦🏽♀️ But they were really nice and solved the hiccups with no hesitations.3 stars cause I had to go back 2 twice to solve the issues.

They were really nice and even tho it took longer than we expected (its inspection time so it was understandablely busy) they still did their best and were friendly with very low prices! Highly recommend if youre ok waiting a few hours!

She was 90 minutes into an 8 hour drive returning to school when ice from a vehicle hit and broke through her windshield. Glass was falling into the car, this was not just a crack, and could have been a much more serious situation. Toni understood the urgency and sprang into action. She quickly located the proper windshield and arranged for the replacement to happen within 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this professional, kind and compassionate woman. If Auto Glass Now was astute enough to hire a manager with Toni's professionalism and common sense, then it is clearly a top notch business. Thank you, Toni, for helping our daughter and putting this mother's worries to rest. You are the best! Highest recommendation!

I called and made an appointment for a full glass replacement with this location and came in early on Friday 9/27, being given the idea that I was going to be waiting upwards of at least 2 hours. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a beautiful new windshield, Sam did an AMAZING job! Everyone at the shop was professional and friendly, making the idea of having to get a new windshield much more of an enjoyable experience. Great price for their 50% off sale going on, I would recommend anyone to come here to get a chip filled or a full replacement like I have.

The installer, Que James came out today and installed 2 windshields for our company. Que James went over and beyond what we expected as well as being very professional. Superb pricing. Cheapest quality glass replacement shop in the metro area by far. Excellent personable staff, quick and efficient process. They replace or repaor glass of all kinds, but do no other repairs sadly. I was quoted around $450 at safelite, and these fine folk professionally handled my business for only $150.

Called at 8 am on a Tuesday morning to set up an appointment and window was replaced within four hours. I had called other places and was told it would be at least one day before the replacement window would be in stock so obviously very happy with the expedited window repair.

I unfortunately had to get my windshield fixed twice in a month's period. The first time it was a crack due to highway driving, the second time was due to hitting a deer. If the service wasn't good the first time I wouldn't have returned a second time. The folks who work there are great. I experienced nothing but friendliness, great customer service and expertise in their field of work. While searching for a company that was affordable I came across them. I spoke to about 15 different companies in the area and they were the cheapest.

This place is awesome & has low prices compared to others. I went for a windshield repair & was out in about 30-40 minutes. Zach (sp?) was super helpful and pleasant to speak with. Not to mention, the windshield looks amazing, and they were able to transfer my inspection sticker and parking sticker. Would definitely go back

You guys were great I busted my windshield on my Freightliner. You quoted me half what everyone else did and had it installed within a hour of calling you guys. When everyone else said it would be two to four days. Now I'm back on the road and back to work. I came on 9/27 for a windshield replacement. everyone is SO nice. 2 weeks later we finally got rain and the windshield leaked. took it back and they resealed it and cleaned the carpets. a couple days later rain again and continued to leak. they were so nice and understanding. really made the inconvenience a good experience. I really recommend them to everyone! Everyone makes mistakes and they bent over backward to help.

I was passing through Richmond headed to NC because of a death in my family and a rock chipped windshield, and Allstate sent me to Safelite and the experience was unacceptable so I called Allstate back and they sent me here to Auto Glass Now, and the customer service was great and they had me in and out and back on the road in less than 1hr.....thanks for the awesome job
