Amy and her crew are the absolute best. My 16 ft box truck barely fit in their parking lot. But she happily moved vehicles to accommodate me. Her crew also replace my windshield while in the hot sun. Without a complaint. I showed in a hospital gown, after being in an accident that caused my windshield to break. They were genuinely concerned about my well being. Thank you all.

The glass was installed well, but I was upset when they took the windshield out before they were sure they actually had the replacement. They had to put the broken old windshield in and we had to drive with it broken even more. My daughter had to drive back to the auto glass now shop and we sat for over 2 hrs, then when they put the new windshield in it cracked in half and they had to get another windshieldTo make a long story short, I had to sit for another hr and change. In the end the person called her manager and they took $10,00 of the total price. I would have expected a deeper discount. Someone else came in and complained about they're workmanship, and they took more than $25,00 off. Because I was very cordial with them and didn't raise "hell" with them they didn't take off more.

I’ve come to auto glass a few times in the past few years. I have had an incredible experience every time. Very affordable compared to other places that rip you off. I have reached out three auto shops in Richmond, and Auto Glass now gave me the absolutely lowest quote to replace my windshield. the whole process took about a little more than an hour. Overall, very nice experience. I would recommend working with them. you will get the best of value.

Have used this business for years and they NEVER disappoint. Called this morning for a cracked windshield and have the car back this afternoon. It is a fleet vehicle and time sensitive repair is crucial to us. Amy got it in and Brandon did a great job re-installing new glass. Even though insurance was covering it, the price was also the best of 3 quotes we got. 5 STARS!!!

I am floored with the service I just received. My insurance company booked me through another glass company that couldn't come to my work until 7 days after the incident. I called Auto Glass Now at 11:30 AM, insurance paperwork was done before 1:00 PM, they were at my car by 2:45 PM, and completed with service by 3:10 PM. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was friendly and professional. The crack in my windshield was spreading quickly because of the heat here and I am so thankful they were able to provide same day service. I would give 10 stars if I could. Kudos to the office staff for being so polite too. Thank you!

Same day service and I called at 2 in the evening it was done by 6 the only problem was small pieces of glass. Not much. The best thing is the warranty would definitely use them over and over again well hopefully I will not have to

First time I ever dealt with broken glass. I was Traveling with my infant son. Being 12 hours away from home. They got me an appointment quick! At the Petersburg location. They were so friendly! The technician Brandon was courteous. Explaining everything to me. Took them about 45 squats minutes. The receptionist Amy was so polite and nice. I would return again! And highly recommend their shop!

My very first time ever having to there was a windshield issue of owning a vehicle. There's always room for improvement in anything in life, they did a pretty good job. My dashboard could have been wiped down, and things should be put back in his proper place the first time around. You shouldn't pierced uses us I didn't know oh, I've never seen it before, come back tomorrow. That is definitely not professional right off the top those particular words coming out of your mouth. However the situation it gets solved. But there's always room for improvement.

No complaints about the service. Nice folks. If they had a night drop slot for keys, I'd give them a five star rating. They were on time and amazing at details. My only complaint is that they left my car unlocked and windows open when it looked about to rain, but i was there to get it so no harm done. Hopefully we'll never have to use them again, but i will come back if someone throws more crap at my Windows!

My Back Windshield spontaneously exploded 2 days ago. My insurance company wanted me to pay my entire deductible of $400, One mobile company wanted to charge me $312 and couldn't come out until Tuesday with rain pending but i looked online and happened upon this place. They quoted me $185 and a same day appointment. my window finally caved as soon as i pulled off with glass everywhere.I got there at 4:30 and was out at 5:30 and that was only because there were 2 other people getting serviced when i came in. they worked on my car for 30 minutes and i was out of there. The glass looks better than the last one and the broken glass was all cleaned up. This was sooo stressless (if that's even a word). The 2 front desk women were polite and the guys were professional. Thanks Auto Glass Now !!!!!!

When a rock cracked my windshield, SafeLite quoted me a price of $399 to replace it Auto Glass Now replaced it for $180. Moreover, they could schedule me two days faster Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. My phone battery was running low and one of the women in the office leant me her personal charger. How nice was that? I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

They where awesome, good price, nice people, relaxed environment. I work on my own car, hate when people touch or drive it. You pull your own car in and out the shop, and you can see the technicians working. Which I loved.

This place is great - from the front-end service folks to the technicians installing the glass....even better than Excellent Customer Service is the incredible prices!! For example the auto glass shop with the fancy catchy jingle - you know who I am talking about....Exact Same Part remember!! FWB02298 GBN -quoted price was listed as $194.15 - selling it to me for $204.03 plus $60 labor - total cost of $264.03 - now at AutoGlass NOW - listed was $191.55 - price selling to me - $45.00 - labor $85 -total price $150.00!!!! a savings of $114.03... so I guess the fancy jingle cost more....Anyway - if you value great Customer Service, Quality Work and Great Prices - then I highly recommend this business.
