I called the Monday after Christmas and they fixed my windshield that day less than 5 hours after I called it was fixed perfectly and at the best price I had quoted. Second time here, restoring my 31 year old truck I had one more water leak in the back window. Walked in Friday and set a time for Wednesday. showed up and told may take 2 hours due to old epoxy clean up, hour later it was done! I did have a gap in the epoxy used to install a new front windshield two yrs ago. This was filled when my truck was painted. fingers crossed no more leaks. car wash in a few days once everything sets up for final test!!

Had my 2019 Hyundai GT N Line windshield replaced on 10/17/2020 ,due to chips in glass from a tractor trailer on Highway 220. Steven ( the store manager ) was very professional and had me repaired with a new windshield in 1 hour wait.They had the best price in Virginia for replacing the windshield!Looks fantastic & pleased with the work Steven did.Thank You,Ron DeBacco

I called at noon for a mustang windshield. They had one ordered and delivered from Out of state by my 430 appointment. I was 20 late for my appointment and they still had my car fixed as promised. Very good Price and the work was very professional and clean! Highly recommend!

My windshield must love gravel (replaced 2 times since 10/28/19.Co. up the street replaced twice and repaired crack once.Broke apart, glued into vehicle and horrible job with gasket over driversside. Got photos. Charged $200 more than Auto Glass Now andgave better and quicker service. BE SMART!

Auto glass to care of my front BMW window. The first time i went they sent the appointment at the front desk got everything situated. Following week i went in and found out they broke the new window but they ordered a new one the day of and window got there 4 hours later. Auto Glass Now closes at 6. I accidentally knocked off my rear view mirror and cracked my windshield. I called at 4:30 and was in by 5 with the lowest pricing around. Clint was very professional and friendly. It was worth every dime and I will recommend them to every one that needs some windshields!

Steven and the crew replaced two different windshields for us in the last two weeks. They ordered and received both windshields in a matter of hours both times, they were ready to start right at our appointment time, and they finished each one in just under 1 hour 45 minutes perfectly. I called around, and they were the cheapest I could find. Also, there's a Wendy's right next door to their shop with free self-service refills and Wi-Fi. What could be better?

I called the store at 2pm requesting a quote to replace the front window on my truck. Their staff said all costs included would be $215 and that they could get the window in stock and get it done today so I made an appointment for 330pm. The replacement was finished at 530, I paid $215 and they offered me free lifetime warranty and chip repair at no extra cost. The window also appears to be professionally installed with no leaks, no new road noise/rattles, or issues with rear view mirror. The appearance and general environment of the store is below average but they are well priced and do good work.

These guys made replacing my windshield such a ln easy experience! First of all, they answered their phone! The other place I called left me hanging on the phone for nearly 15 minutes. They were enormously cheaper than the other place. Erica was so patient with me, answering all of my questions -- even when I called back, twice. I understand that Steve is the store manager, and he is spoken highly of by his district manager, Clint. I got to see Clint in action, taking care of the folks he works with, difficult people on the phone, and those of us who were having our windshields replaced. Good leadership gets good results. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the work was completed quickly. I'm not a review-writer, but I had to take the time to share this. I also like that their website says that they are LGBTQ friendly.

They did a very nice job on my new window. They kept my appointment time just as I asked. It take a little longer then I thought it it however they didn't tell me how long it would be so I planned ahead for that in case it happened and it did. I just brought myself something to do while I waited in the waiting area so I wouldn't become bored or restless. I will go back here for all my vehicle glass needs that they offer and also recommend them to my friends and co workers and family. Thanks a bunch.

Wonderful customer service. Windshield was replaced quickly and at 1/2 the price of the competitors. When wipers weren’t working quite right they worked hard to make sure that it was replaced and covering the whole area. Will definitely be referring friends and family. Very impressed, it’s hard to find customer service like this anymore.

Quick and easy. Great prices, good as new. A little bit of adhesive on the top edge of the windshield visible from the interior, but it's hardly noticeable and I'm happy with the work overall.

Great price, great service! They even have a little area for kids in the lobby, although it could use some scrubbing, and they serve coffee. Very satisfied with my new windshield, and it was the best price I could find in the area.

I recently had my windshield replaced by the technician(s) here. I had to return on two separate occasions after the initial windshield replacement, once because they forgot to install the weather stripping around my windshield and the second time because they applied the weather stripping poorly without adhesive, causing it to come out and flap in the wind while driving. While they do have the best prices around, you truly do get what you pay for, at least in my experience. Shannon at the front desk is super sweet and accommodating though.

I love this place. I had service done on 10/3. They are very professional and quick service. I got there at 10 a.m. and was done by 12 p.m. Shannon is very nice and very sweet. My insurance wanted to charge $399 and I only paid without using my insurance $267. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was mowing the grass and the mower kicked up a rock which broke out the rear window of my 2016 CX5. Shannon at Auto Glass Now got me an appointment that afternoon, quoted me a price which was was surprisingly reasonable, and they did an excellent job fixing it in an hour! Don't let it's looks or their prices scare you. From the out side and inside for that matter, it looks like "fly by night" outfit. I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced by phone where I was greeted very warmly. My insurance company was able to work directly with them for payment. The service was preformed timely and just as presented. Shannon, at the desk was professional and talked me through every step of the service. Give them a try, I did and I'm very happy!

The did a wonderful job on my windshield. I'm especially happy with the lifetime warranty. So far, so good -- no leaks or any other problems. The price was over $100 less than anyone else in our area. It did take longer than I was told and the waiting room left much to be desired, but the quality and price were worth the discomfort!
