Wow! I am so impressed by the work they did replacing a cracked windshield of my 2017 Subaru. I took my vehicle there at the recommendation of my insurance company and the entire experience was very smooth. The representative on the phone was very professional, and accommodating of my schedule and upon my arrival for my appointment, the service technician checked me in at my car quickly using a tablet and gave me some recommendations on nearby lunch places that were within walking distance to try while waiting. Within less time than they said the car would be repaired, I received a phone call letting me know the car was ready for pick up. The checkout process was equally easy - the service technician used the tablet to close out the work order and took my payment for the insurance deductible. The new windshield looks perfect and I tested the vehicle's EyeSight driver assist system and it works exactly as it should. They even had the courtesy to move my "oil change reminder" vinyl sticker from the previous windshield to this new one. The technician advised me not to go through a high-pressure car wash for the next couple of days and explained that the installation work they did has a lifetime warranty. The entire experience was very pleasant.
