Directed 2 blks down to a little breakfast/sandwich while you wait for glass repair.I wish that the cut oak logs that are blocking the sidewalk to the eatery be donated to a walk-run/dog/bike/park walkway. I am absolutely shocked at how amazing my experience was. This company was an absolute blessing and the service I received was outstanding. Crystal and Latisha were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very understanding of the misfortune my car was bestowed (very large crack onwindshield). I have never met a customer service team in the automotive industry that was very comforting and considerate of their customers. The technician/shop foreman that conducted the repair on my vehicle was Zane. He was an absolutely amazing craftsman. He was very competent and discussed with me the procedures and tools he would be utilizing on my vehicle. Zane treated my car with amazing care and he treated my car as if it belonged to him.

Jose was most courteous. He called ahead of time which was good. The shattered glass was all cleaned up. Work done whith Life Time warranty in forty five minutes. Jose put air in my tire which was noticeably down Told me that it had a nail and was easy and inexpensive to fic. I did not know this Thankyou A G N Oakland for Best Service.

The quarter window on the driver's side of my car was smashed in last night & I was dreading calling the insurance company. I didn't think I had coverage & when I called, my suspicion was confirmed. Geico re-directed me to a 3rd party Safelite who specializes in glass repair. I was quoted $572 which seemed absurd. So I got off the phone & decided to get a few quotes. Auto Glass Oakland came up first & had amazing reviews. I called immediately & spoke to the loveliest of ladies, Manica who provided an estimate that was 60% cheaper than Safelite. They also had the window in stock & were able to see me w/in an hour. When I arrived & pulled up into the garage, Milad the technician greeted me w/ the window in his hand & began repairing it immediately. I went into the office & everyone was welcoming, friendly & super efficient. Mannica even gave me the hug I was promised over the phone. W/in 20 minutes I was done! Not that I was happy my window was shattered but geeeze, this experience made it kind of pleasant (dare I say). Point being it sucks to have your glass shattered but hey, if it happens at least you know were to go to get it fixed #FancyfiedCertified

Although the way time was a little long it was very well worth every minute spent there. The first time I went there was September of 2018 and they replaced the front windshield of the 2009 Mercedes R350 I use to own, the price they gave me was unbeatable they charged me less than $400 out the door whereas Safelite wanted over $900. And this past Saturday I had them replace the front windshield of my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and I paid less than $300! I'd definitely recommend them and also use their services again.

Hey the same service was $400 at Safelite and over $500 at the Ford dealership. I paid $177 plus tax installed the same day. Leticia at the front desk took very good care of me. They saw I had my 2 dogs with me so the immediately swept the glass off the floor. I had the work done on less than 2 hrs. I'd recommend them hell yes I would

Quick service same-day mobile will come to your house and job. the technicians are certified and quick. they have a high volume of cars coming in and out so expect to be there for a little bit of time but you could always drop off your car and come back for it later. Layla the manager of the store is polite and very professional and will take care of you with a good price that you just can't beat. It amazes me how they are able to have the glass for any particular car in the shop within minutes and in a vehicle within an hour once they get started on it.

I needed a rear door glass replaced after a piece of garbage subhuman animal excuse for a person busted my rear window to steal my tools. I was quoted over $300 by Safetylite, with installation. I was able to buy the glass here for $97 with tax and installed it myself. Saved over $200

Excellent, quick, and professional customer service. Other glass places recommended by my insurance were going to take up to a week to replace my window so I decided to get it replaced on my own locally in Oakland. I called Auto Glass Now first and they were able to replace the window within two hours. There were no hidden costs or any surprises - the price was as promised. They even carefully vacuumed and cleaned as much glass as they could from the interior of my car. When the inevitable break-in happens, these guys have got your back and are able to make a terrible situation that much better. I highly recommend them.

I had my rear hatchback window busted out on Sunday morning by some ass hat in the greater North Oakland area. When I called my insurance company, they quoted an estimate at over $600 dollars. I decided to replace the window out of pocket, seeing that my deductible is $500. Sunday afternoon, the call center for the shop gave me a quote of $350 +tax. I took my car in on Monday to Auto Glass Now and Marinka had the glass ordered and by Wednesday afternoon, my rear window was replaced within 2 hours of walking in the door. Everyone at the shop was very professional, courteous, but also laid back. Before you go the corporate route or open a claim with your insurance company, check this business out. It will most likely be less expensive and it's one of Oakland's own.

Autoglass now was very fast with the repairs and made the claim with Geico fast and efficient. I was able to get same day repairs with no appointment. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would use them again and recommend the service shop in Oakland to all my friends.

I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now. Waking up to find a bashed in rear window was no fun, but they fixed my window in about an hour so I made it to work on time, and the price was pretty damn good. Definitely get there when they open for fast service.

After getting my car broken into my insurance recommended one business that told me the earliest they could get me in to fix my broken door window was in 5 days. Based on the reviews here I decided to call Auto Glass Now and they managed to get me into their shop that same day. Their service was great, they managed to get the parts fairly quickly, the gave me a price what was WAY less than what this other company had quoted me, and they even took the time to do a thorough clean up of all the broken glass.

I woke up this morning to find that a tree had fallen on my car and crushed the windshield. These guys were incredibly professional, and got it replaced in a few hours, and a very reasonable price. Bonus - they also knew of a part store right around the corner, and directed there to buy a new side mirror, which they promptly installed (again, quickly and for a good price). Top notch service!

it's unfortunate that my vehicle was broken into and an Oakland Public School K-1st teachers work bag with grades and school laptop was stolen. I was having a bad day before I arrived to Auto Glass, but that was quickly turned around by the professionalism, hospitality and urgency to repair my window. it's sad and upsetting to go through such a damper and financial burden as such seeing a computer needs to be replaced too. This place was great. First time it rains in months and some wonderful person decides to break the windows to my car despite there being nothing to steal. Auto Glass Now got my car in and out on the same day -- a Saturday nonetheless. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and after calling around to get several quotes it turned out to be the best deal in town, to boot.I certainly hope that no one else decides to bust up my ride, but if they do I know where I'm going: Auto Glass Now.

Someone broke into my Prius at night & the next morning I called Autoglassnow. Lianna answered the phone and hooked me up! She ordered my back glass and it was at their shop by noon. She said I could come anytime after that to have it installed. I got off late from work and was there at 5pm and they still took me in!! I waited at their shop and worked on my laptop while the install was done. Autoglassnow Rocks!
