I couldn't say a bad thing about this company. I was quoted 405.00 by safelite and 189.00. That a seious discount! Lets not forget about the employees that work there, they are so awesome! I will be recomending this company to anyone and everyone that I can.

I have used Auto Glass Now on 2 separate occasions, I own 2 Jeep Wranglers which are notorious for cracked windshields do to the fact that the windshields are flat. The best auto glass store in shreveport hands down...the manager Lindsey was extremely helpful and very nice and got me a great price compared to everyone else in town...and she had a couple terrible customers in there causing scenes and she dealt with them better then i think anyone ever could we were extremely impressed...( quick edit/fun fact one of the 1 star long negative reviews is one of the completely unruly and disrespectful customers i was speaking of DO NOT listen to those lies she was in the wrong 1000% not the manager) and the techs did a great job efficient and pretty quick...cant recommend auto glass now enough.

Was skeptical of this place after reading reviews but went on my son's recommendation. He said they have all new management and staff. Well, they got it right this time. Very friendly and helpful receptionist running the business of the day. Very efficient crew doing the work and very friendly also. Great prices too!

Bad service! Even though they put a new front glass in my truck and did not put my side flaps back on right and One flew off while I was driving , they wouldn't fix it because I couldn't find my receipt . I know they can pull It up on the computer but wouldn't. So They lost a good customer. And while I was there One of their employees moved a customer's car and wrecked another customer's vehicle. It just shows how unprofessional they really are!

I was in the shop at 8 a.m. and was out at 9 a.m. The price estimate was accurate and the folks were friendly. The new windshield looked good and I am very satisfied with the windshield installation. They provided me with instructions on how to treat my new glass to avoid any future problems. While price is never the whole story, at AGN the price is the icing on the cake. The AGN quote was the best, by far, that I received.

My experience with Auto Glass Now started with a call this morning! Kendra, was so sweet with an out-going personality and politely answered all our questions before bringing car in. It means a lot to have employees show so much professionalism when answering calls and Kendra did just that! After meeting her today... Called late yerterday, they said they could have the glass by morning. I had to work till noon. They called me at noon and said the window was in. I took my car over there promptly and David changed out the window in what seemed like record time. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. I will go back for any of my auto glass needs. And oh BTW the "Price is Right".

I called on Tuesday for an estimate on a windshield for one of shop vans, although the internet was down Kendra went the extra mile to quickly give me an estimate. We made an appointment with Jennifer on Wednesday afternoon to get the windshield done and were able to leave the van overnight and pick it up Thursday morning. Their service was fast and friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now.

They were ready for me at appointment time and they got to my car in minutes though serving several other customers. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the windshield and work done seems quite good. Also, the two ladies in the front office were very friendly, helpful and professional. If there is a less expensive auto glass place in the Shreveport area that delivers the same level of service, I haven't found it yet.
