I loved the guy who helped me locate a more affordable regulator for my window on my 2017 Kia Sportage. They are very nice and knowledgeable. Standard pricing. No surprises and they are quick with their repairs. Highly Recommend!!!
I can appreciate how quick they were to accommodate the situation. Definitely awesome to get my windshield replaced next day with their mobile techs. However, the tech that showed up told me at the time of service that it's going to be an additional ten dollars because he didn't have enough moulding for the windshield replacement and had to get more on the way out. The tech claimed that they didnt know about the job until the morning of. That they are told where to go and what vehicle is being fixed. They should have sent 2 techs for as big and awkward as this windshield was. Thankfully, we were slow at work and I was able to help as the tech walked me through the procedure on what needed to be done.
I got a star crack in my windshield and they fixed it right away and it is great. They were also very cooperative and good to work with. 30 Minutes it was done.
They replaced my back window while the other competitor could not. I appreciate Auto glass! :)
