Had a good experience with this shop for my RAV4 windshield replacement. Their out-of-pocket price was $200 cheaper than Safelite, and I was able to get an appointment the same day, whereas Safelite would have been a two-day wait. The process was very smooth. The phone staff was friendly and helpful. I ended up going through my auto insurance (Progressive) and sending the claim over was easy. I was told the work would take 2 hours, but they finished in 1.5 hours, including the sensor recalibration. They transferred my old stickers to the new glass and called me when it was ready. There was a tiny bit of debris left on my front seats, but it wasn’t a huge deal. They definitely live up to their name, would recommend!
